Will they blackout marathon weekend?

We are debating where we are going to stay for our January trip over marathon weekend. I have been waiting to make a decision based on what kind of deal is offered during that timeframe, but now I am starting to wonder if it is a moot point if they blackout marathon weekend.

Historically, does anyone know if things like the 4/3 promotion were offered over marathon weekend?

It was available this year. We used it at OKW for a 2 br villa. I was the first of November before it became available. Good luck!
