Will they be doing Free Dining again in August?

We didn't get to go to FL last August but had gone the 2 years before that and they offered the Free Dining which totally messes up the entire dining experience. We do not purchase the dining plan and I hate to think about making our ADR's 6 months in advance...BUT if they offer the Free Dining again starting while we're there then I know I'll have to make at least SOME in order to get ANY. Just trying to find out if it's something I need to think about already. I hope they don't start it while we're still there....not sure how far out they usually announce it if they're going to do it or not?

(I called the Dining Res. line & the CM didn't know but I couldn't tell if she was maybe just not "with it".)

They have typically announced it around the first week of April. It does make the ADR's crazy, but with the new policy in place it IS much better. We ave a fam of 5, so we ALWAYS go during free dining. We are going next month during FD, and it is spring break time, and there are still a TON of ADR's still open at 34 days out!! So don't worry yet- this new policy is really helping.

Free dining was available for this August (beginning on the 17th) for those booking via a Bounceback offer.

It was not announced yet but it probably will begin around August 17 or 19 so if you are going then, I would make your reservations. We are going on August 17 and I make my ADRs on Sunday.
