Will these characters be out in December?

I'll be visiting the World Dec 10-14 (doing MVMCP). I REALLY want to see Peter Pan, Aladdin, Prince Phillip and Snow White's Prince.

The time between Thanksgiving and Christmas is pretty dead, right? Will I be able to see these guys? Will they be at MVMCP?

Quick extra: I'm planning on breakfast at CRT - it's Cindy in the lobby, but who walks around the dining area? I googled and got a million different answers, so does anyone know from experience?

Oh gosh, thats so far away and entertainment is always changing or subject to change. Just going on previous years, the odds are pretty good and some of the ones you want to see are park regulars anyway.

In CRT you can meet Cinderella, Snow White, Jasmine, and Belle

Peter Pan and Aladdin are always making appearances.
Peter Pan meets with Wendy in Fantasyland and Aladdin meets with Jasmine in Adventureland as well as Morocco in World Showcase.

I've never met the princes personally but a friend of mine who hangs out with Charming a lot worked with Cindy and her friends with their princes too during the Christmas season.
This could all change since the Princess meet and greets will change with the Fantasyland expansion closing down Toontown.
Princess meet and greets will be relocated to Exposition Hall in Town Square and i'd imagine their princes will go with them. Though I can't be 100% what Entertainment will do.

Which princesses do the Toontown M&G? I know Sleeping Beauty and Snow White do, but any others?

Did the princes meet with their princesses in Toontown originally? I never saw 'em

Currently, the princesses at Toon Town include Cinderella, Aurora, and Belle. Their last day is Feb 11th then they'll be moving to a different area. Once expo is completed (rumored to be this summer), then they'll be in Expo Hall.

Snow meets in Town Square in the morning and Germany (Epcot) in the afternoon.

Princes are typically paired with their ladies for MNSSHP and MVMCP, they do not appear during regular daytime hours. Charming is at 1900 for dinner.

Actually it depends; we actually were able to book CRT for 2 times while we were there and once it was Jasmine, Ariel, Aurora, and Belle. The picture was taken with Cinderella downstairs.

The next time still Cinderella downstairs but it was the same except it was Snow White instead of Aurora upstairs.

Peter Pan and Wendy left Adventureland when The Pirates League came in (Pirate Goofy meets there now).

Peter Pan meets outside of Castle Couture, near the entrance to Philharmagic. Wendy does not appear regularly, only randomly, you have a greater chance of seeing her during summer months.
