Will the Radio Disney Music Awards be televised.

I have searched google, I have searched radio disney and they give no information about whether or not this event (next Saturday April 27) will be on TV. PLEASE HELP!!!! I was wanting to throw a party for my kids and their friends, but don't want to invite everyone to find out that it won't even be on TV.
