Will the Monorail really be running by Dec 15th?

The only reason we aren't staying at DLH is because I'm afraid the monorail won't be running. We arrive on the 16th and if it isn't for any reason it will be too far of a walk for my mom.

Right now I have ressies at Candy Cane Inn. Should I make one at DLH also and cancel the day before if the monorail isn't running? I don't even know if I can do that.

all signs point to yes on the monorail running on december 15. The only debate that people are having right now is whether itll be bi-directional (like how it was before it was closed) or one directional (around the whole park) they really want this thing open for christmas and new years rush.
