Will the fireworks still be on in Dec?

They have stopped unfortunately. There's a local law that means Disney are only allowed fireworks on a certain amount of nights a year. They use these up during the summer period and on special nights (bonfire night, Bastille day etc...)

OMG who agreed to that, I just assumed (don't give me no managment training speil) that they would be on. I just thought hey its Disney, its dark lets be hitting it with the fireworks.

Anyone one any idea on a) How many nights they get and b) What is classed as the Summer? We will be there the middle of May, please let that be the Summer.

Sorry, thats not summer (not for fireworks season at DLRP anyway).

It ran from mid-July to sometime in August this past summer.

Wow thats incredibly short. I am so used to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and even MGM Studios where they are every night. I thought it was just Disney being cheap not sending up fireworks. Maybe they need a Fantasmic (Sans Fireworks) for a night time show.

Unfortunately the local mayors and villages do not share Disney fans passion for fireworks
