will the draft be reininstated?

Yesterday, I would have fought you on this one tooth and nail. Having seen the poll results however (not that I think they're in any way representative of the public, only because it's not a scientific poll) I will have to concede on this point.

I was really glad that you posted the poll because I was curious to see what the sentiment would be. I really didn't have a preconceived idea of what the majority would think. It's pretty interesting that it's split down the middle.

A person's appearance means absolutely nothing to me. I've never judged a person's worth on what they look like, wear, or carry. I was referring to attitude when I used the term princesses. I don't see it as a loss but that's ok, we don't have to agree on this one either.

Alright, you may choose not to like me because I'm a "princess". Yes I'm ultra-feminine, was raised that a man should open doors for a women and take her out to dinner, love everything pink, and enjoy getting a pedicure and watching Sex and the City for fun. I have conflicting viewpoints with people, whether they're a "princess" or not doesn't have anything to do with it.

I just remarked that it's your loss because if you rule out everyone who you assume isn't like you right away before really getting to know them (besides on an internet message board debate) you might be writing off a good person. Granted it's an internet message board and I don't expect you to be "friends" with me, but still, you get what I'm trying to say.

I was curious and freely admit that I am shocked by it. I guess we all learned something.

Yup, I learned my twisted sense of humour is not universally appreciated. ;)
