Will the construction for Disney Springs (Downtown Disney) effect ADR's?

So I have two reservations the last week of April/first week of May in Downtown Disney. One at T-Rex & the other at Raglan Road. I heard construction was to start in April and I'm now wondering if this will effect my ADR's.

It won't affect those restaurants. They are not going anywhere.

I understand two restaurants (Cap'n Jacks and Planet Hollywood) will close. Nobody knows when though.
