Will the Bus Get Us There in Time?

We are scheduled for the 8:00 AM Marceline tour at the MK. We are staying at POR and just found out the first bus comes at 7:00 AM. Will that leave enough time to get to MK for the tour?

That is what I thought when I booked the tour but as of December, it has changed to 7:00 AM. That's according to the resort website.

The website is wrong. I drive to work before 7am most mornings, I pass POR on my way, and I see park buses coming out all the time. You will be able to get a bus to MK earlier than 7am.

That isn't an official site, but even the official one is wrong sometimes.

Well, I did what I should've done in the first place...called Disney direct. DUH! They told me the first bus is 7:00 AM. Hopefully, we'll get there in time!

The people on the phone know nothing. Seriously, the first buses start rolling at or slightly before 6:30am.

You will see that the resort TV's WDW Info channel says that the buses start rolling 45 minutes before the first park opens.
That info is wrong, as well.

It is amazing how much really TERRIBLE info about transportation is promulgated by "Disney."
Shamefully bad customer service.

Even if the first bus is at 7:00...which it's not, 6:30 is correct... you be there in plenty of time for your 8:00 tour! No worries!
