Will someone PLEASE explain to DD...

LOL!! That reminds me of when my in-laws came over to take my then 5-year-old DD out for dinner. It was the middle of January and DH went upstairs with her to help her choose an outfit. Naturally, she picked her favorite outfit: a floral sundress complete with straw hat and matching floral band. DH said "No, you can't..." (then suddenly remember WE weren't taking her out, Grammy and Grandad were) "...ummm, you know, I think that'll be perfect!". You should've seen my MILs face when DD came downstairs. But off they went to dinner with my DD knowing she looked just BEEUUUTIFUL! My MIL was ticked at the time but we sure have gotten quite a few laughs over the years.

Then you can explain to my daughter why shorts and flip-flop are not a good choice here in the middle of winter.
We should trade kids.......;)

See, you're not alone!

I saw a little cutie at summer school here in AZ just the other morning with a turtleneck sweater on. It was already about 85 at 9am.

We don't have room in the closets for all seasons of clothing - so the winter stuff gets tucked away for the majority of the year. My kids do wear shorts year round though.

LOL! Makes me think of the Cosby episode where Rudy keeps putting on her summery dress for a friend's birthday party in the winter. ;)

Yep, just send her up here to the upper midwest! It has been highs around 60 all week! Kind of reminds me of Florida in January!:D

That is a RIOT, my friend..... haha!!! ... I can so picture the scene....!!!!!

Been through a few of those type dealees with R, also! Almost 10 now, and finally starting to not have to worry about... and now won't be long before I have to start worrying, again!
