I'm worried some of my fastpasses are disruptive to the park flow (making us walk across the park several times) please scroll down as I've updated some of my fastpasses also...the day we are in Hollywood studios will we have enough time to go from star tours to tower of terror?

Day 1-Magic Kingdom
Breakfast at 8:15 am at Crystal Palace
10 am-Harmony barbershop for my daughters first haircut (plan is to split the group-hubs and I with my daughter, my mom and dad go with my son)
10:25 am- Space mountain fastpass (my parents with my son for this)
noon-seven dwarves mine ride
1:40 pm- meet ariel at her grotto

Day 2- Magic Kingdom
breakfast 9:15 am at Be Our Guest
10:20 am- haunted mansion fastpass
12:45 pm-big thunder mountain fastpass
2:10 pm-splash mountain fastpass (should I change this??)
4:10 pm- dinner at be our guest

Day 3- Hollywood Studios
Would like to rope drop this to get my kids signed up for jedi training
10:15 am- Slinky dog fastpass
11:50 am- lunch at sci fi
1:15 pm- star tours fastpass
3:35 pm- tower of terror

Day 4- Epcot
8 am pre park open breakfast at Garden Grill
hope to walk onto soarin right after breakfast
10:05 am- living with the land (because were in the area and want to use a teir 2 fastpass up)
11:10 am test track fastpass
12:20 pm spaceship earth fastpass
6:50 pm- akershus dinner

Day 5 we leave so a short day at epcot (spending most of the day in world showcase)
11:10 am- frozen ever after

Also, my parents don't arrive till Jan 7th so I can't schedule any fastpasses for them until 3 days from now so this may be changing anyway...

They don't look too bad for park flow to me. I would plan to hit your BTMR at the very end of the window, then you can just walk over to do Splash. Or you could try to move both of them up. But you can hit PotC and lunch between HM and the mtns if you don't want to move them up.

Epcot is a bit off walking but you said your going to be over by LwtL anyway. If that's the case it's not too bad. You might switch SE for Mission Space if that interests you and then get SE as a 4th or do it when you leave the park.

I think you can go ahead and add them to yours now if they are your friends on MDE and have their tickets already linked. Check the FP sticky to be sure, but I'd hate for you to miss that opportunity.

I think you have enough time to make all of your FPs work for you without much back tracking.

One problem with your last day. World Showcase doesn't open until 11:00 (except for FEA which does open at park opening), so how much time are you going to have there before you have to leave and what are you doing from 9:00 to 11:00?

I kept trying to add my parents before making fastpasses and it kept saying their window isn’t open yet. It sucks :(

I didn’t know world showcase doesn’t open until 11 :( our flight home isn’t until 5 pm but we’d have to leave around 1 pm if we are taking magical express, 2 pm if we’re renting....hmmm

Where is mission space compared to test track? Ideally I wanted a ride in between living with the land and test track and wanted to go to the world after test track I could maybe move living with the land up to 9:30 am then insert figment in between living with the land and test track. Or I could do turtle talk instead of figment/spaceship earth. My son likes mission space orange (the easy track he hasn’t been on the rough one) I’m not willing to test it even though I don’t tend to get sick on rides (well...dinosaur made me sick after the second or third ride but that’s because it was jerky and the smoke gave me a headache)

MS is right next to Test Track. Figment or Turtle Talk would work too. Whatever you'd most like to ride.

It looks like all morning fastpasses are taken up for tier 2. I can schedule figment for after test track and then funnel to the world showcase that’s probably work better

Do your parents have a "package" ticket I assume?

If they had standalone tickets (tickets not tied to a specific check-in date), you could have made their Fast Passes for them early. (I had my cousin, who was arriving 5 days before us) schedule the first few days of our Fast passes) (Scored us a nice early FOP FP because of it!).
They system is really inconsistent on doing that and makes different arrival times hard to schedule together.

As for your plan,

Looks good, though I personally wouldn't do that many breakfasts. I just think that getting up extra early to get to the parks to have a big sit-down breakfast is just not worth the time.

Some suggestions:
Day 2 - I wouldn't get a FP for Splash. It could simply be too cold to want to go on it. I've gone to the parks in November and they can be cold enough then to not want to get wet or damp.

Day 4 -
The living with the land FP? I would change it .. Odds are you won't need one and you may be done with breakfast and soaring well before 10:05 am. You wouldn't want to just hang out there for it. Though .. Epcot is pretty awful when it comes to Tier 2 Fast passes. Mission Space maybe?
The plan also has you criss-crossing the park a bit to from Land to Test track and back to Spaceship Earth. Having made the trek from Test Track to the Land Pavilion once (in a hurry - as we were trying to make FP window for Soaring) .. it is NOT a short journey. Epcot is just a huge park.

Yeah I was surprised when I checked. The tier 2 fastpasses aren't great and I feel I don't need fastpasses for most of them. I just want to use up the tier 2 so I am able to make fastpasses later in the day for the rides I actually would like to ride. I miss the paper fastpass days...:( As for the breakfasts a lot of them are to supplement not waiting in character lines or are used to help get us into the parks earlier. I wouldn't mind dropping breakfast at be our guest but it's a good use of quick serve credits.

My parents do have a package which sucks when it comes to booking things

I was kind of thinking the same thing. Im just not sure what other ride I could do instead...maybe POTC?
Pirates is also a good choice, or possibly Peter Pan. Pirates has a higher capacity then PP. Peter Pan could be more beneficial if you like PP.
