Will Sleeping Beauty be dressed in pink for 50th

A CM told me last year that Sleeping Beauty may change back to her pink gown for the 50th anniversary. Was this a rumor or is this true? Anyone know why they market her in pink and then she wears blue at the park?

Hi! I know this doesn't answer your question, but I just wanted to say that we saw Aurora in her pink dress when we were at DL for 5 days in the beginning of June. We were going to wait in line but she was just leaving. I snapped a picture as she was walking away and she was nice enough to pose for me. We kept checking, but she was in her blue dress the rest of our time there. On our last day my daughter had her picture taken with her and Prince Phillip.

Wow!!! In the 3 times we've gone we've never seen any of the Prince's out for pictures. The closest we got was seing the Beast and that was only 1 out of the 3 times. We want to catch Sleeping Beauty in her pink dress. My DD is convinced that's she's Cinderalla with her hair down because she's not wearing a pink dress.

Just got back from 5 days at DL. On two days in a row, we saw Aurora in her pink dress when she was in front of the castle for signatures. On on the next day, she was back in blue. On our last day we ate at Goofy's Kitchen and she was wearing pink as she went around the tables for pictures and autographs. I didn't think to ask if there was some kind of a schedule to this, but I'd be curious to find out.

Also, for the first time, we saw several princesses together. One day, Snow White and two other princesses were together over by the wishing well, but we didn't get there in time for pictures. But another day, just as we were finishing a visit with Ariel, Snow White and Belle came over and we got a picture with them all 3 together.

Aurora has been in pink here in WDW since late 2003. She wore both dresses for a while (pink at MK and blue at EPCOT) and now she seems to be out only in pink. I assume DL might do the same.

This is pure conjecture, but my bet is that Aurora is marketed in the pink dress because Cinderella is in blue. I don't know why they have her in the blue at DL, but personally it makes me ecstatic. (Can't stand the pink dress!)

Just got back from a few days at the park. We say Aurora only in pink, never in blue.

I wish we would've seen Prince Phillip though!! my youngest was Prince Phillip for Halloween and is still sooo into him! He was estatic when he found a Prince Phillip action figure at TDS!!

We were there July 3-7th and Aurora was RIDING DUMBO!!! That particular morning she was wearing pink, however we also saw her wearing blue on 1 or more days.

Like a poster stated above - my theory is that since Cinderella is marketed in blue that they do Aurora in pink. I just saw her in both (2 dif days) at DL.
Remember in the movie she changes back and forth as the fairygodmothers are battling over what color the dress should be. So I guess she has options. Afterall she is a princess!
