Will regular fast pass still be in place in February??

We are not staying on property for the first time. As far as I understand, we are not able to participate in FP+. Will the "old" FP still be running in all parks?

No one knows, but I think it unlikely. Even so, you will be able to use FP+ once you get to the park each day.

I read that AK and MK are running only with FP+ now. I think all the park will be only with FP+ only very soon.

It's currently not operational in 2 of the 4 parks (AK and MK) and there is a rumor that the other two parks will get rid of the "old FP" by January 22nd. You may want to check out this thread:

~You can use FP+ and reserve three fastpasses for your day in the park at the FP+ kiosks. Magic Bands are not available for offsite guests, as yet. But keep checking, just in case there are any changes.

My mom is a CM at Epcot. She was told they will be switched over by the end of the month I will be there in February using her discount so I don't have the luxury of FP+ until the day we arrive to the park either. Good luck!
