Will Pop or ASMu print out boarding passes for you?

We'd like to print out our (A) boarding passes for Southwest when we are staying at a Value Resort next year. Are they able to do this? I heard maybe no, but Moderate resorts can? Why the difference? TIA!

If you join SWA's Rapid Rewards, you can now print them out at the kiosk in the airport. I got an email last week about it.

I don't know if Pop or ASMu are able to print, but as the last poster said, you can print them at the airport. If you're worried about not getting an A, you can always have someone checkin for you at home and still print them out at the airport.

All Star Movies did it for me at the Guest Services desk. She asked me what seats I wanted and printed them out for me---very easy. Make sure you take your confirmation number with you.

Also---in the lobby of ASMo was an actual counter where you could check in, but it was only open from 6 am - 2pm.

They let us at Pop... took us to an office and let us do it ourselves. Definately needed what appeared to be a manager or supervisior since the woman at the desk didn't understand what we needed. It was very easy and they were very nice about it. But... I have read that someone here was denied at Pop so you can't count on it. We are going to try for them to do it for our May trip, but have a back-up person back at home to atleast go online for us and then we'll just print them at the airport.

We stayed at POP in February; before we arrived we were told by concierge that we could do that, but when we tried, we were told no. Ate breakfast at the Poly and tried there; no business center we were told. Went to the Grand Floridian's business center and were allowed to check in online (which is what we wanted to do in order to get better seats); cost was @$10, but to print it would have been $1.00 per page and there were four of us which would have been 12 pages ... did not print there. It was no problem to print out "duplicate" receipts at the airport. Guess it just depends on who you talk to and when ...

You can print at the airport after someone at home has checked in??? I didn't think it would let you. I would be afraid that it would say something like...you already printed out your boarding passes and wouldn't let me print another one at the airport.

Yes, we did this in May. I went to the Guest Services desk at ASMu and they printed out our "A" passes for Southwest. I probably didn't need to, because they let people with small children board first anyway, but we didn't have any problems doing this at ASMu.

I'm flying southwest. I can't believe I didn't know you can do this!!! My hubby and I ended up flying to our Honeymoon in 2003 in seats away from eachother since people were jerks

I was just at Pop two weeks ago and flew SW. I got back to the resort about 2 a.m. after an EMH (great choice when we were flying home the next day!!). Went up to the check-out/check-in desk and said, and I quote, "Can you guys print me out my ah, what do you call em, oh the ah...you know for my flight home?" He said "Your boarding passes? Sure can. Do you have your confirmation info from SW with you?" I did and he printed out our passes then and there. I can't believe I was so tired that I couldn't remember the words 'boarding passes'!!! So, be sure to bring your flight conf. info with you. It easier than I thought it would be.

Yes, you can do this. We did this our last trip. My Dh at home did online check-in for us so I didn't have to go down to the desk at midnight with my 7 year old DD and then the next morning we went to the desk and they printed them then. I believe that next to the check in number, there was a R which I was guessing meant "reprint". We had zero problems using them at the airport.

I guess if we take our laptop, we could also check in on the laptop from our room and then print our boarding passes at the airport?

Yes... very easily! Even easier is just to go to the concierge desk in the morning on your way out of Pop and they will print them for you and it will only take a second. That way you don't have to worry and wonder how it works at the airport (like I would worry ) and you have them in your hand and you are all set.

You can do this for other airlines also, at least at a moderate you can. We printed our boarding passes for AirTran at the Concierge desk at POFQ. The CM at the desk did not know if she could do it but said she would try. I gave her the web address and our confirmation number and we had our boarding passes in less then 5 minutes.

Whe we were at POP last week, they printed them out NO problem!
