Will Pleasure Is be crazy early on NYE--like 5:30?

I noted in an earlier post that we are thinking of taking DS7 and DD4 to DTD on NYE for early dinner (like 5:30) to be a bit a part of the action, but then back home to POFQ on the boat at around 7/8 for an early night. The menu that sounds most interesting (with interesting place, though it sounds like the band won't be playing) is Ragland Road--but I don't know how crazy Pleasure Island will be at that time on NYE. Again, we are planning an EARLY night--park at rope drop, then back to POFQ to swim, and then head to DTD area around 5 for early dinner and boat ride back by 8 at the latest--what do you think? Planet Hollywood or Captain Jack's might be easier to get to, but RR sounds more interesting--what do you think? Do the buses to Pleasure Island drop you off far from there? Thanks so much!
