Will PBH concierge do our Southwest check-in?

We will be in the parks at the 24 hour mark before our Southwest flight. I do not have an internet enabled cell phone, so can't do it in the parks. Will PBH do our check-in? If so, can I rely on them to do it right at the 24 hour mark? Has anyone done this?

yep, concereige or even the checkin desks will check you in and print your boarding passes for you, we do this every year at Universal.

Will they do it at the 24 hour mark even if your not physically there (i.e in the parks)? If so, are they reliable about doing it at the 24 hour mark?

I usually just went down at the 24 hour mark , but see you will be in the parks. You could ask them when you arrive, but would it matter if you where a few hours late doing the online checkin

It does matter for Southwest - the closer to the 24 hour mark you check-in, the earlier you board. No assigned seats on SW - first come, first serve.

That's why I suggest stopping by guest services for the park you're at and having them check you in. That way, because you're there, you can verify that it was done at the 24 hour mark, and you won't have to worry on whether it was done or not.

If you're determined to have concierge check you in. You could always get their phone number and then call them at the 24 hour mark and confirm that it is done.

I may do that. Only concern is that Guest Services will be crowded and the line will take awhile (happened before when we lost a ticket). I suppose I could get ther extra early, but that's exactly why I'm hoping the hotel will do it for me - so I don't have to take a large chunk out of park time to do this. Parks close at 6 pm that day, and my 24 hour mark is at 4:35 pm.

In that case, get the concierge desk number. Leave the check-in information with them, and then call the desk at 4:35pm to remind them and confirm that they have checked you in.

We fly Southwest frequently and I agree that you have to check in at the 24 hour mark to guarantee boarding pass A group.

Oh did not know that, probably because i am from Ireland.
But its good to know, as i have a flight booked from Tampa to Las Vegas next July with them.

When we were at the PBH we went to guest services at the 24 hour mark and had it done. I wouldn't trust anyone to do it without me being there.

i always do the check in and boarding tickets printed at concierge, club or lobby level.

i have not heard of turning over your info to concierge and have them do it for you without you being present.

i don't give out anymore info than i have to when i need to do the airline check in from the parks or the hotel 24 hours in advance.

if you need someone else to do the check in for you, make arrangements with concierge in advance.
patster gave you a good suggestion about that.

the only issue you may have is, the person doing your foot work may not be able to do the check in for you on the 24 hour dot.
if that happened, you could be on the B boarding list then.

if your priority is to have the A card for boarding, you might be better off handling that yourself.
