Will national send confirmation?

I reserved a van with national about a month ago for 5 days in August. i called 2 weeks ago requesting that they send me a confirmation and i haven't received it yet. Does anyone have any experience with them and this type of problem. im nervous to use rental and EA without some type of paper in my hands.

Call them again. I usually just print it out when I get the estimate and again when they email me. Which, btw, you do have to request in the reservation process.
