Will my "new" guide get credit for the sale?

My current guide, Steven Fisher, has been SO awesome & HE is the reason we are now buying 200 points at BLT.

Anyway, he is not our original guide when we first toured in December. We got Steven when we went back to WDW in March (original guide was not there at the time) and have been communicating with Steven ever since.

I, personally, didn't like our original guide (too much pressure, not very friendly).
Can I write a letter or something to say how wonderful Steven has been?

You need to call DVD at 800 800-9100 and ask them who your Guide is. If it isn't who you want, ask for a Manager and they will officially switch you. We just switched Guides last month.
