Will my idea work to secure the ADR's I want?

Ok so the last day of school is May 12th, but I have to account for Snow days!

So my DD and I really want to be there for the 24 hours kick off to summer if they have it again and I want to try and score BOG for that Friday May 22nd.

So while I am at WDW in early Nov I plan to book a bounce back offer and was going to book for Sunday May 17th through Sunday May 24th. Then BOG would be 6 days into our trip and I could try and grab a dinner time since that is the hardest one to get!!!

Then later if I had to move my check in date to Thursday May 21st I would still be ok on my ADR for Friday?? Correct??

Even if I change my check in date my ADR's will still stand the same?

The deposit is $200 no matter what date I select as my check in and I know I can make changes up until final payment.

If Winter is like last year I will have to push my trip out a bit, but I still want to make sure I get my BOG this trip...We really want to try dinner there.

I think this will work and give me a better shot.

ADRs remain the same regardless of package details- they are not contingent on your resort reservations.

One week till checkin at GF for our first stay.....and dd1 woke up puking ugh.l

I keep going between keeping her quarantined and disinfecting like crazy, or just hope everyone gets it in the next few days so I don't have to worry about someone starting in with it on Friday. Yuck. We have had a horrible run of sickness the last several weeks with all 3 kids. And we have had such a healthy year otherwise! A huge fear of mine is all this planning and build up and excitement and someone ends up in the room sick
