Will my carry on be allowed?

Come to find out the check bins at the front are for the smallest aircrafts in their fleet so they are several inches shorter than the airbus overhead bins.

Now that is irritating! And I always wondered about those bins to check. They are tiny, but a bag that's the exact measurements isn't anywhere near that tiny. And now I understand.

Turns out, there was likely enough room in the bins for everyone.

That's irritating too. I've seen it happen, and it is always because people are ridiculous with the bins. Putting their coats in and calling it full. Dh will get up and lay coats on top of bags when he sees that. Yes other peoples' coats. Or people putting carryon and personal item up above (if a cpap bag then ok). No! Or put bags sideways. No No.

If there were some oversight of bags being put up above it would all be fine. . I love the FAs who will actually open bins and move things around to make more room.
