Will March Breakers get and New Fantasyland soft openings

Curious if anyone has heard if anything is close to being opened by March?

I think the circus land is opening in about a week as Dumbo is scheduled to be closed for a short amount of time. Other then that everything else seams to be opening sometime in the summer or late spring (may or June).

Early 2012 - Half of Storybook Circus with double Dumbo, Great Goofini coaster, Fantasyland Train Station, Casey Jr.
Dumbo is expected to re-open on February 18, 2012 for Presidents’ Day Weekend.
Late 2012 - Under the Sea ~ Journey of the Little Mermaid ride, Be Our Guest restaurant, Beauty and the Beast village, Belle meet-and-greet, Castle wall
Early 2013 - Remaining half of Storybook Circus with Pete’s Silly Sideshow
Late 2013 - Seven Dwarfs Mine Train roller coaster
