My laundry room runneth over and I need to store laundry detergent somewhere. I have a screened in porch just off my laundry room and wondered if it would hurt to store it out there. Does anybody know?

I've had my detergent freeze when I left the bottle on the cement floor in the basement. It didn't freeze solid, just got all goopy and chunky.

Was it still goopy and chunky when you thawed it and did it still work ok? I just do not want to waste this much detergent but man it is in my way. When I bring it back inside I wonder if it would go back like it was before?

:goodvibes Yes it will be fine once thawed.. I keep mine in the trunk of my car all winter and it is fine.:goodvibes

Thank you so much. Just moved all of it out except for the 1 I am using. And man does the laundry room feel better.

I never knew laundry detergent could freeze. That is pretty amazing.

Yes, it will freeze. I had some Downy one time that I was never able to use after it was frozen. It happened before I bought it, and P&G sent me coupons for several new bottles for my trouble.
