Will "Kids go free\under 7 free" offer valid when offsite?

Hi all,
When planning our trip to DLP on May 07 I found that it is cheaper to book room and park tickets separately (then in a package). We are planning to arrive late\depart early so we really need 3 nights in hotel but only 2 days in park.
my question is: if I book hotel not via Disney reservation (looking at expedia for that) and Tickets at hotel\park, will I still be entailed to the "Kids under 7 free entry" offer?

Don't think so. I think the offer applies to packages only

Unfortunately to confirm Angela's comment you have to book the package through Disneyland Paris
