I'm cooking a turkey dinner - turkey in the oven, creamed corn and potato filling in crock-pots. The power went out! It was totally out for a little more than an hour when the turkey was about 1/2 cooked.
I turned the temp. up to 350 from 325 for the turkey for the 90 minutes, and set both crocks on high so we still can eat between 5 and 5:30 as planned.
