I'm a newbie. Haven't been to Disney in 18 years and think I have my planning under control. Here's my dilemma.
Trip is Oct. 24-20. I made my ADRs when I thought our first day in MK (Saturday) would be an early-closing day. I planned to leave the park mid-afternoon, hang at the GF for awhile, and then take in the 6:15 HDDR.
Now the park is staying open until Midnight and, of course, it's slim pickin's for ADRs. Would I be better off cancelling HDDR, eating at a low-demand place, and returning to MK for evening EMH? I think I am having a bit of a "grass is always greener" situation but I really do wonder if HDDR is taking too much time away from the parks.
Any thoughts?
