I ask if something is on the DDP and then find out it's not and then say 'oh well then I don't want that.'?

No, not at all. The cm's are there to help and are happy to answer questions. Besides, I'm sure they've encountered much "stupider" questions than that. ;)

If you think that is stupid then likely 1/2 of us are in that category with you. Don't feel embarressed at all. There is a thread on the top of this page that lists alot of the snacks that are on the DDP. When we went in March we went to MK bakery for breakfast one morning and my husband saw a apple charlotte. It wasn't on the MK snack list so I asked. She was very nice and said oh yes. So we bought it. Trust me DH said if it wasn't he wasn't getting it. He wanted to use his SC that morning.

Don't worry about it. At the TS restaurants the CM's generally explain what is on the plan, and almost everything is on the plan. They also help you to use the plan appropriately so that you are not guessing how to use it at every restaurant. At the CS the CM's also help you and as for snack they are generally labeled. If not just ask.

Enjoy your trip!

I generallly start my order with, "we're doing the dining plan, so if I mess this up, you let me know." Everyone I've encountered has been very helpful. They've even offered tips for getting the most for your money. I think they'd rather you ask than be upset when you get billed for something.

CM's are VERY helpful, usually will tell you up front what is and is not available if you let them know you are on the plan. We have found it very easy, and know that some variation from place to place occurs, we just take it all in stride, makes for a SUPER vacation, love that if DH or DS want steak everyday they can have it, and we aren't counting pennies!!!:wizard:

No.. you won't look stupid. And bottom line, would it really matter if you did??If looking stupid prevented me from asking questions... I'd be dumb as a rock.;)
