Will I get a response

I sent my vacation planner back to the Polynesian last week for my November stay, will I get confirmation that they ever received it?

One of my complaints about Poly concierge was that they never let me know that they received my planning sheet. Also they kept sending me more (I got 4 total) even after I had sent my completed one in. When I called to inquire they were a bit rude, and told me that it would be handled closer to the time of our stay. They never did confirm anything with me, and they messed up 2 of the 3 PS's we had requested. I will NEVER go bact to Poly Concierge because our stay there was bad. I have seen good things posted about them so hopefully you will have better luck.
