Will I avoid tour groups/cheer dance teams in late Oct or Mid-Nov

I've been to wdw in late Jan and there was a cheer/dance teams everywhere. And I've been in Feb and there were large 15s tour groups.
I'm just wondering if we will avoid these groups either in late Oct or Mid-Nov.... When is the dance/cheer season and do large tour groups celebrating 15 come. The reason I'm asking is, I'm thinking of switching from POR to Pop because we need to cut costs. And I realize there's a high probability they may be at that resort.

As a general rule Oct/Nov should be safe from cheerleaders. Most of our competitive seasons start around Dec. I believe cheer season in Disney starts with Pop Warner in early December and ends in early May with the All Star Summit.

You should be safe. 15's come during their holiday season (Jan/Feb) or our summer, and cheer competitions don't start until December.
You will have the foodies and winos.
