Will food and wine be closed during rain?

Hi, all! We are coming to DCA today to experience the Food and Wine festival even though it’s supposed to rain today. Plan on being there when it’s supoosed to start at 10am. Will they still be open or close during rain? We are coming today cuz won’t be able to come back til week after Easter. TIA!

The booths should be open but entertainment offerings will likely be canceled.

Crowd level pretty low today so far...so awesome! Intermittent light rain vs drizzle vs mist. Mainly intermittent mist. Booths opened 10:30 but entertainment has been cancelled so far.
