I see that it's seasonal. Anyone know if it will still be open on October 27th? Thanks!

It's now called Tortuga Tavern. In the 20 plus years we've gone to WDW we've only seen it open once in late October. In Disney speak seasonal seems to mean open if the crowd size warrrants it and they tend to make that determination very close to the date.

If it is it will only be open at lunch. I finally saw it open this last trip!!! Of course, we had just finished eating so I still didn't get to eat there. :goodvibes

Disney doesn't announce when it will be open, so you never know until you get in the park and see.

My guess would be that Tortuga Tavern will NOT be open in late October. It's not a really crowded time of year.

If it is open, most likely it will be only for limited lunch hours, so plan accordingly.

I hope it's open the last week of October! We were there the second week of November last year for MVMCP and it was open for that.

I've noticed over the last year or so that it seems to be open more than it used to. I think it is one of the better CS places in MK, so hopefully it will be!

You can still get a taco salad at Peco Bills and they have a better toppings bar...DH is a taco salad fanatic and even if Tortuga Tavern is open he prefers Peco Bills.

The CS in Mexico in Epcot is sooo much better than TT in MK

I hope its open that week. We have been going the last week in October for a few years and never saw it open. Fingers crossed.

Same here. We like to go to Disney in late October or early November and have never seen it open. I don't even really hope anymore. I just assume it won't be open. Same with Tomorrowland Terrace.

Glad to hear Pecos Bill's has a taco salad. I'll just get it there and load it up with fixins. :cool1:
