will ecv or powerchair fit thru door of reg room at GF?

All the Disney hotels will fit an ECV through the door with no problem.

I think they are also wide enough for a power chair, but I will let one of the regular users of them tell you. I have never heard any complaints.

Standard door width for wheelchairs to go thru is 36 inches. Most wheelchairs are not much wider than 32 inches. Most ecvs are actually narrower than that.
GF wass built way after the ADA took effect, so their doors would be at least 36 inches. Actually though, I have never been to a hotel that had doors less than 36 inches to get into the room (even older hotels).

Except for special off-roaders, wheelchairs and ECVs are Designed to fit through a regular doorway.

More problematic is finding somewhere convenient to park it in the room, where you won't have to keep climbing over it!

Bell services will always store them for you overnight in thier luggage store room and even put it on charge if you ask them nicely.

We've stayed in two different accessible rooms at the GF...one twice. They both had doors that opened automatically when you inserted the key. There were door plates on the inside of the room to open the door for exiting. This was great for our daughter. The doors were wide enough for a chair.

The bathrooms were great for her as well. Wide open and still very attractive.
