Will Disney Parks ever develop virtual autograph books in the future?

With everything going digital including books with Kindle books replacing paperback books I wonder if Disney Parks will develop virtual autograph books in the future? Because with the prices of autograph books going sky high at Disney Parks I think virtual autograph books will replace the traditional Disney autograph books and I bet people would buy them if they really existed. Because with everything going to apps and almost everything is done via smartphone it won't be long till autograph books are virtual too

I like the concept however signing something on a tablet or phone never comes close to looking like a real signature at least not for me.

How this virtual autograph book would work is that it would be an app that you would get for free when you are planning your trip and you would get a code and once you put the code in your app you download it and then it would be ready for your day at the parks and if a character is arriving the app will alert you and once it's your turn you hand the character your tablet or smartphone and the character will sign the virtual autograph book and it would be a cool idea. A second variation would be a virtual autograph book designed like a Nintendo Switch and it would retail for $9,99 at Walt Disney World and Disneyland and it would do the same thing with a stylus that the character signs their autograph with and just like with a Nintendo Switch photo album you can see the character autographs you have collected in the park and it would have a battery charger and a plug-in so you can see your autograph collection on your TV at home and it makes a great idea indeed

I think the most unlikely part of your idea is Disney selling a souvenir at $9.99, let alone one that needs to have a screen. You can't even get a pin for that price anymore.

Yeah, a device like that would cost more, though it's not actually a bad concept. Really though, I think people would use their own device instead, but a Disney digital autograph app could be a good idea really, especially if it had some sharing functions in it.
