Will Disney let me exchange?

Hey y'all! Back in Jan I bought a sweater that I never got a chance to wear. I have lost weight since then and it's waaaay too big.
It still has the tags on it but I lost the receipt. Will Disney let me exchange it for something else or maybe store credit? I will be back at the end of the month. I still have the GC I used to purchase it, if that helps.

I would say it is at least worth giving it a chance. Do you have any idea if it is still in stock? Is it on the Shop Disney app? My inclination is that won't want to allow it but because they are Disney might be persuaded. If I did do it I would go back to where I bought it and time it when they are not too busy. It would probably just be gift card/store credit but that is better than a too big sweater. And congrats on losing weight!

If you’re talking about a purchase at WDW—then yes. I did this last fall with a purchase I had made in June!! They just gave me credit toward what I was buying that day.

I did this exact thing at Christmas. Got a present that was the wrong size but since the kids had bought it early and I didn’t get back to Disney for awhile I was wayyy past an official return window. I found the exact sweater in the right size and they had no issue exchanging it. Well to be clear, right from the beginning they agreed to exchange it but needed to call a manager who then couldn’t get it to ring up properly so she just cut the tags off the new one and handed it to me.
