will Copper Creek really be done by July 2017?

Thinking of visiting in late July/early August of 2017. there is availability at Copper Creek, but I'm wondering if construction will actually be finished by then? Anyone have any idea if this resort will be reasonably complete, or if I am better off staying at Saratoga Springs?

If anyone has any information as to the current state of construction and readiness, I would love to hear about it! thanks!
