Will City Hall be open before park opens?

The first day of our trip, we have a BBB appt at 9:10am. So we were told to enter the park at 8:30am even though the park opens at 9am officially.

My question is, will we be able to get a stroller as wheelchair pass and DAS card BEFORE we go to the BBB? Will City Hall be open? Will they allow us to head in early enough to do this?

I really, really, really don't want to have to go to the BBB, and then all the way back to the front of the park to get the DAS / Wheelchair pass. Thoughts?

It should be I know it's open for check in for tours as I checked in for a keys to the kingdom tour once when only main street was open.

Guest Relations should be open anytime guests are allowed inside the gates. There is also a Guest Relations location outside the gates at each park; that outside location may or may not be issuing DAS depending on how many people have ticket issues to deal with. However, as to your plan entering the park early -- I've heard they can be pretty strict about WHEN they allow guests early entry, sometimes just 10-15 minutes prior to an ADR. I'm not sure if they'll allow you early entry for a BBB appointment officially after park opening. It's worth asking, but I suggest having a "plan B" in place so you aren't taken by surprise.

Thanks. The BBB people told me to arrive no later than 8:30. I hope they won't prohibit us from entering then! :/

I have always gotten my DS7's DAS at the MK Guest Relations window outside the main entrance. Maybe plan on being there around 8 am and see if they can get this done for you before you enter the park?
