I am getting an AP for this trip and am going in 20 days, instead of risking it getting sent in the mail and not getting here in time can I order it will call today or should I wait till right before I go, how long before you go can you order something to pick up for will call? TIA

We didnt make up our minds which tickets we wanted so we called the day before. We went to the International Gateway Guest Services and picked them up there. Be sure to have some id on you. We had our tickets and were out of there in a matter of mins.

Hi,
I have a question. My mother is coming with us next week and is planning on purchasing an AP. I thought she could just go to guest services at MK and buy it there. Are you saying you have to order it with CRO and then pick it up at guest services?

Oops, please disregard my previous question. I found the answer. Here is information in case anyone else is wondering.

Where can I buy Annual Passports (AP's) and Premium Annual Passports (PAP's)?
The following places will send you a voucher for your AP/PAP. This voucher must be exchanged for the actual pass at any WDW ticket window or Guest Relations window or at the Guest Relations offices at Downtown Disney or Downtown Disney West Side:
* - Most Disney Stores throughout the U.S.
* - online at www.disney.com
* - by calling 407-WDISNEY
The following places will sell you an activated AP/PAP. No exchanging required:
* - Any WDW major park ticket window
* - Guest Relations at the major parks or at Downtown Disney and West Side
* - The Ocala Information Center on I-95 in Ocala, FL
* - Disney's Flights Fantastic at Orlando International Airport
* - Disney's EarPort at Orlando International Airport
* - The Magic of Disney at Orlando International Airport
* - Character Warehouse at Belz Mall 2 in Orlando
* - Character Premiere at Belz Mall 1 in Orlando
* - Character Premiere at Orlando Premium Outlets Mall in Lake Buena Vista
All of the above locations will still honor your Disney Club discount on AP/PAP's EXCEPT www.disney.com. Note that AP/PAP's cannot be purchased at Disney resorts.

You dont have to order before you go..but its cheaper to order before. Seems that the will call price was less than buying at the gate.

Not on an AP or PAP it isn't. It's the same price either way. There is no advance purcahse discount on those.
