Will Call Tickets

Has anyone bought their tickets in advance to get the discount and then picked them up "Will Call"?

If so, can you pick them up at your resort or do you have to pick them up at a Park? If you pick them up at a park do you go to Guest Relations or the normal ticket window?

Was it a long process picking them up? Did you have any problems?

I didnt pick up park tickets but i did this with MNSSHP tickets. I ordered them the day we left home onthe phone and picked them up the day after we arrived at the MK guest relations window outside of the park.I happen to know someone who works at that window and after we finnished i asked if he was working and surprised him.

They can't be picked up at your resort. They can be picked up at the guest relations window at any park or at DTD. We did this in December and experienced no problems at all. Just remember to bring photo ID.

For our last trip, we ordered tickets online and chose to pick them up at WDW. We could not get them at the resort, but was able to pick them up easily at guest relations with the print-out of my confirmation! Really simple.

Tell them "Tab Enter!"

It takes just a couple seconds. Some of the Will Call reservations apparently have a print-out from the reservation with the bar code on it. In my personal opinion, that makes it a lot faster for the cast member, just scanning that bar code and printing the tickets. If you can, at least having the reservation number written down.

If they have to search your name via driver's licence, I found it takes slightly longer, even more so if you have other will call reservations in the computer. Personal opinion at least...

We did "will call" last year and it was easy, especially since we were staying at BWV and I went to the ticket window at the IG. There wasn't a crowd at all!

We bought the MYW tickets the day they came out and did a will call for them for Jan 28. I thought I would have to pick them up at TTC but the CM said no, I could now pick those up at the resort (ASMovies) which we did without any problems. And they told me to keep my receipt as proof of purchase in case I lost them so they can be replaced. So yes, you can now pick up your pre purchased/paid tickets at the resorts.

You can pick them up at ANY TICKET WINDOW or Guest Relations. Trust me, it's my job! It is MUCH easier for us if you have your print-out and confirmation number. It can take a few minutes if we need to find you in the computer without that info.

If we order the tickets through the Disney Website will they send an email confirmation with the bar code or confirmation number on it? Or do you just order over the phone and write down the confirmation number?

When we ordered over the phone I wrote down the confirmation number but I didn't need it at check in. It should already be posted on your account. I just asked for them and they printed them right up there. Didn't receive a receipt until they were picked up. Are you staying at a disney resort?

We're staying at AKL when we first arrive for 3 nights and then moving to OKW for 5 nights.

So I assume by your comment you just picked them up at the front desk at Checkin?

Yes, I picked them up at All Star Movies the same time we checked in.

As long as you have the conformation number, will-call tkts can be picked up at guest services in the resorts. As long as they are not, FL res, annual or seasonal tkts that is.
