Will Call Ticket Pickup Question

My daughter, who has an annual pass, purchased tickets for DW and myself through her job, something called Tickets at Work. DW and I will be arriving at Portofino Saturday evening after the parks close, but will probably wander around City Walk. Can we go to the will call kiosk then to get our tickets? We'd just like to have them in hand before we get to the park Sunday morning.

Or by chance does Portofino have a will call ticket pickup booth?

the kiosk outside the parks should be in operation to pick up your tickets.
the outside guest services will be open for the hour after the park closes.

can also use the hotel kiosk.
after you check into the hotel, go to the kiosk.
