Is there a will call at Disney Springs? Where could we go to pick up our actual park tickets before our first park day? Our tickets are already linked to MDE but since we're off property this time we don't have magic bands!

I’m not sure if they definitely have the card tickets, but guest services at DS would probably be your best bet. You can also use old magic bands if you wanted to.

Yes there's a ticket center across from D Luxe burger. Not guest relations but right across
