Will BWV store our luggage?

We're looking forward to our June 2003 family vacation extravaganza. Our plan includes 4 days at BWV followed by a 3-day DCL cruise , followed by 5 days at VWL ... followed by 3 weeks of vacation withdrawal

Question: I don't think we'll need all of our luggage during the cruise. Do you think BWV or VWL will store our stuff?

I'm not sure if they'll store it while you're on the cruise. We arrived earlier than checkin one time and they held onto our luggage while we went to Magic Kingdom. They have a large room behind the bellman's desk that is very well organized. I happened to forget my camera after they took our stuff and went back to get it, that's how I got to see it. It is generally off limits.

Give them a call and ask if they will store it long-term.

Just back and we stayed at VWL and then spent 2 days at my brothers house, then checked into BCV. They let me transfer 5 bags to BCV on Friday morning even though we wouldn't be checking in until Sunday.

If they let us do that, they might hold your extra bags until you return from the cruise. Then again, they might not do this since it would fill up the storage area if everyone taking a cruise did this... I'd give the hotel a call and ask bell services.

They definitely will. We went from the Grand Floridian to the cruise and then to the Poly. They sent a suitcase to the Poly for us when we left the GF.
