Will any of my sitdown choices by hard to get at 180 days?

I'm kinda wondering if I should get up before the kids wake up and call in for my ressies or if waiting for a couple hours after they've been open and the kids are at school will be ok.

going in September. thoughts?

Ohana for dinner
Kona Cafe for breakfast
Chef Mickey's for dinner
Tusker House for lunch
Le Cellier for lunch

It is hard to say, but right now Ohana is a hot hot ticket.

So that will be the toughest out of your list IMO.

Next will be Chef Mickey's with LC close behind or tied. Not sure how LC will be yet...time will tell with that one.

But to land Ohana you will most likely need to do that one first, plan it for later in your trip and keep times flexible.

You do have som tough ones.
1) Ohana is always tough.
2) Le Cellier for lunch is going to be horendous, now that dinner is 2TS.
3) Chef Mickey's is always a favorite.

I just booked for Aug 20-31 and got all that I wanted and that has never happened before - so maybe you will have the same luck.
I booked all online and it was really easy. And yes I wake up extra early it's just easier. Good luck!

I just made all my ADR's a few weeks ago. I had some of the same restaurants as you and of course I booked 180 + 10 because I'm staying onsite. I then called back 190 days out to get the rest of my ressies (I'll be there for 16 days).

I had trouble with two reservations. One was 1900 park fare and the other was Chef Mickeys??? (I'm 99% sure it was that one). I called first thing in the morning for all of my reservations. I got all the days that I wanted, my problem was getting the times I wanted. I still got Breakfast for Chef Mickey's and dinner for 1900 park fare but I had to compromise on the time a bit.

You could probably be safe waiting until your kids go off to school but it is a chance. If I were in your shoes I'd just get up early and book the ressies and then go back to bed for an hour or two. I had to get up at 5 am both mornings which sucked seeing that I have a 10 month old who is teething and up in the night...BUT I got my ADR's and I'm really excited!

You need to call asap, I would not wait a few hours.

'Ohana, Chef Mickey's and Le Cellier are all very hard to get in to. You want to have the most selection of times available to you so I would definitely call first thing.

You can also book online starting at 6am, I believe.

Difficult doesn't mean impossible though. I just booked a 10 day trip for May last week and I was able to get a Le Cellier lunch reservation (although there weren't a lot of them - there were several dinner openings though ). If you can't get exactly what you want, book a solid second choice and keep trying.

You have some good choices. I booked 'Ohana and Chef Mickey's for dinner and Kona Cafe for breakfast for my upcoming trip in May and had no problems. LC could be an issue though because of overfill from the Dinners. i personally would not wait a couple of hours because it is best to call right when they open in order to get places and times you want.

Agreed, you could be faced with nothing but odd times if you wait a few hours.

Probably Ohana's and maybe Chef Mickey. You can also get ADR on line at the Disney site. I usually book on line. I just booked Tusker House last week for lunch. There were lots of times available and were going in May.

i would make the Ohana one first. I had 21 ADRs to make and put them in priority order. Didn't realize Ohana was that crazy. I wanted it for our arrival night, 180 days exactly and couldn't get anything for that night at all.
