Will all Poly rooms have balconies after the renovation?

I read that the Poly does not have 2nd floor balconies in some of its buildings. Are they going to make all rooms have balconies after the renovation. For the rooms that don't have balconies...is it just bars across the door?

I know that Hawaii will not have belconies on the 2nd floor.

No they will not. All the exterior work was done over the last few years (except on Tahiti, Rapa Nui and Tokelau which are the newer construction). They replaced the wood trim, railings and parts of the stairways and repainted it all. That is why if anyone says the buildings look old they don’t really know what they are talking about since the outsides are only a few years old. The renovations now are only interior other than the replacing of the sliding glass doors and the new tile on the patio and balconies.
