Will AK extend their hours?

We are going the last 2 weeks of August and the hours for AK still says it closes at 5pm. We want to make a dining reservation but the restaurants in AK close so early. When will they adjust the closing times for AK? Will the restaurants stay open later when they do? Don't want to eat dinner at 4pm.

Most likely they will be extended because of the new evening show. Here are the hours for last year.

We are going in June and they just (like 1.5 weeks ago) extended AK hours to 8 (probably will go later after RoL is announced). So, we made Y&Y ADR for 4:45 at 180 days out but I changed my ADR to 5:45 on MDE a week ago. So you could book for an earlier time and then change it once hours get extended or not book anything now and once hours are extended give it a few days and then book the later time.
