I have the mister fan...which is like squeeze breeze and the fan part is like a foam rubber thing... here is something my friend sent me about what is not allowed on flights.... will I have a problem with SB?? Will they take it from me and give it back later?

No knives or cutting instruments of any size, or made from any material, are
permitted on flights. The term "cutting instruments"
includes every kind of cutting instrument, including carpet knives, box cutters
and other folding or retractable blades, regardless of
blade length or composition, even those less than four inches, whether metallic
or nonmetallic. Such items as ice picks, straight
razors, and elongated scissors are also prohibited.

Thanks
Jennifer

I guess I need to know this too. I was planning on taking my sons Squeeze Breeze in my carry on luggage. But they do have foam blades - how can anyone cut with that?

... in case they ask you to show them that the fan gadget really works. Any kind of electrical device could conceiveably be hiding an explosive timer, so they often ask you to demonstrate that the item really does what it is supposed to do.

I never carry the Squeeze Breeze in my carry on. I've had the same 2 for 2 years and always pack them in my checked luggage. There has never been a problem with breakage.
