Will Air Canada have a summer seat sale?

Will Air Canada have a summer seat sale? I have been waiting and waiting and waiting. Or should I book $500 through travelocity using Delta or such airlines. So very confused and anxious. Help

They had one a couple weeks ago. Lasted for a few days. I picked up some tickets from Ottawa to Vancouver for a fairly good price.
