Will ADR"s be a challenge

SO I'm hearing awful things about making ADR"S online. I'm thinking about just calling instead. Is it worth doing online. Last two trips I did them online no issues. Also now that BOG has been open for a bit and reviews are being made of the place, does it still seem to be the must have ADR or are being swaying more towards lunch making it not hopeless to get an ADR for dinner?
Also I'm thinking of the candle light processional package is one restaurant harder than others to get into with this package. I'm open to anything but Italy or Germany I think. Is it better to eat at a restaurant closer to America making it easier to line up or it doesn't matter really? i'm sure I'll have more questions to come but I would love your opinion.

I have only had a issues a few times online with the new site. I then went over to the old site though and made almost all of my ADRs without issue ;-)

I did not try for a BOG ADR, but from all that I have read, it should be the first one you try for if you really want it.
