Wilderness lodge

Not sure what the question is. Are you asking which people like better?

Cooper Creek - Smaller but more updated rooms. Closer to lobby and rest of the action.

Boulder Ridge - Rooms in need of upgrade(which was JUST about to start before COVID) but much more space than CC. Community center is located here. Quieter.

Now I could choose CC. After BRV refresh I would choose that.

Boulder Ridge for us. The rooms are not in bad condition and we like the quieter, separate section as well as the view from the balcony. Nothing is more than 5 minutes away at Wilderness Lodge, in fact, the bus depot is closer to Boulder Ridge. Ask for an odd numbered room for a lake view.

Agreed. Plus (if you use it), the gym is right there.

I also agree. BRV does need a refresh, but we like the extra space and the location is fantastic. We can head out the back door and be at the pool or Geyser Point very quickly and the boat dock is not an overly long walk either. We opt for a higher floor (odd-numbered rooms as previously indicated) and have had a nice view of the nightly Water Pageant.

I own at Copper Creek, but would choose Boulder Ridge over that any day. It is so peaceful! I seriously sat in the “lobby” by the fireplace reading a book one day and didn’t see anyone for an hour. Super close to the bus stop too!

CCV is a hard eight in the two bedroom (plus one under the age of three). BRV lockoff two bedroom also has the bunk sized murphy bed in the second bedroom. So it sleeps nine (but the second bed in the second bedroom will be a double sleeper sofa instead of a real queen bed). The dedicated will have two real queen beds in the second bedroom, but no murphy bed.
