Wilderness Lodge vs Animal Kingdom Lodge?????

I have ressies at WL but might want to try to get AKL instead . Any recommendations??????? Just me and hubby.

DH & I are doing 3 nights at WL then 3 nights at AKL. We did the same last year and loved it!

DH and I just did a split stay of these two lodges, trying AKL for the first time. WL is still our favorite, but AKL is a close second runner up. Honestly, I don't think you could go wrong with either if the theming and style of resorts appeal to you. It really depends on what you would prefer.

Have you stayed at WL before? If so, I would definitely go for the new experience and give AKL a try.

I've stayed at both and like them both, but I think I prefer AKL. I occassionally read posts about its remote location, but I thought bus service was terrific. Rooms are almost identical in size and layout. Pools are about equal too.

I did a split stay b/w these two in April. Absolutely love both but my heart belongs to AKL (particulary AKL Concierge ). For just the two of you, I would have to recommend AKL. It it very romantic (WL is lovely, too).
You can't go wrong with either...GOOD LUCK!
