Wilderness Lodge Villias

We will be staying at the wilderness lodge villas next december. I was wondering if they still come and clean everyday?? or what are the chances for towel animals??? we are used to staying at Pop Century and getting a couple towel animals a trip !! ( i love them!! )

Are you staying on DVC points or did you pay cash to Disney directly? If you paid cash to Disney, you will get a full cleaning every day. If you are using DVC points, you will get limited housekeeping. If you stay 7 nights or fewer, you will get your towels replaced and trash removed on day 4. If you stay 8 nights or more, you get a full cleaning on day 4 and your towels replaced and trash removed on day 8. You can also pay for more frequent full cleaning or trash and towel service.

We seldom if ever get towel animals at DVC resorts. We just like the housekeepers to spend their time cleaning the rooms instead of making towel animals. Villas take a longer time to clean.

We had towel animals the day we arrived and one time when they came to clean. That was this past December 1-9.

Our last two DVC trips (included VWL) we had the towels arranged in a Mickey head on the bed when we checked in and that was it. I think it is hit or miss depending on the individual housekeepers.
