Wilderness Lodge-Refurbished room request?

We are going to the Lodge last week of August and wanted to know what rooms will be refurbished by then? I have woods view booked and hoped to get upgraded to Courtyard when we arrive (we booked standard last year and were upgraded to woods view) so my fingers are crossed for another upgrade. Anyway, I wondered what rooms are done so I could request OR should I just wait to arrive and hope to get a free upgrade? HELP and thanks

From what I've read it sounds like the whole North Wing will be done soon and they have already started on the South. They are working from top down so I would request something in the North or upper floor of the South.

1) WL is the resort with most upgraded rooms from "standard"views.
2) In 2004, they changed many rooms from "standard" to "woods".
. . . standard used to be all non-club-floor rooms overlooking lobby *
. . . standard used to be all non-suite rooms in North Wing facing outward *
3) Now, the "standard" rooms are a small percentage at WL.
4) So, upgrades, to "woods" view happen about 12-15 times per day.
. . . based upon number of check-ins that day
. . . based upon number of room-change requests that day

* Most of these face either parking lots, shipping/receiving, or smoke house.
